Hasri Urus Harta Sdn Bhd (HUHSB) is a Malaysian property management firm providing professional property and facilities management services to residential, commercial and mixed developments.

We focus particularly on the management of stratified properties, supporting Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs), developers and property owners in maintaining their properties, managing operating costs and delivering better services to residents and stakeholders.

Operational Cost Control Reviewing expenditure, contracts and operating processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and better value.
Strata Management Supporting JMB and Management Corporation governance, statutory compliance, documentation and operational requirements.
Procurement Vendor & Contractor Management Vendor sourcing, quotation/tender evaluation, contract administration, performance monitoring and corrective action.
Defect & Project Coordination Monitoring building defects, rectification works, improvement projects and contractor performance.
