PMgr. Ts. HASRY HUSAIRY BIN ABD HEDI
Hasry Husairy is a Registered Property Manager and Certified Facility Manager (CIDB) and has served in various capacity in Property, Facility and Building Management over 15 years experience in Property and Facilities Management. Hasry Husairy is a Member of Malaysia Institute of Property and Facility Managers MIPFM, Member of Building Management Association BMAM and Malaysia Board of Technologies MBOT. Hasry Husairy is committed in performing its duties and discharging its responsibility in property management field and compliance with the Malaysia Property Management Standard (MPMS).
His experience in property and facility in Uda Ancasa SB and join CH William Talhar and Wong as Property Manager and managing vendor vetting, maintenance, tenant liaison and management of the portfolio in Klang Valley. Handling office complex in term of coordination in tenant communication, rental collection, maintenance, defect, unit condition survey, unit expenditure, tenancy renewal, monthly or yearly report, and other related requirement of for tenancy management. Vastly involve in strata management with Joint Management Body JMB Management Corporation MC in Sri Murni Condomium and Ken 2 Damansara. For JMB highly anticipated with Sri Murni Condominium, Pantai Hillpark 5, Sinaran TTDI, Gaya Bangsar and Brezza Condominum.
PMgr. SEGAR SUPPIAH
Segar Suppiah is a Registered Property Manager and brings with him a broad range of expertise in building, facility, tenancy, contract and financial management in relation to strata property.
He has demonstrated successes in the management of various types of properties such as luxury high-rises, service residences and commercial buildings predominantly in the vicinities of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka and Johor.
Segar specialises in maximising returns of managed properties by streamlining of operations workflow, reducing operating costs, maintenance improvement and managing complex contracts. He has sustained robust vendor relationships and is well versed with the local council procedures management.
As a leader, he has a track-record of mentoring high-performing teams that deliver excellence through effective communication, coordination, decision making, problem solving, planning and execution.
His academic credentials are in the sciences of Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology. He is registered with the Board of Valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers, Malaysia.
Segar is a driver of the people-first approach to decisions are viewed through the lens of how it can benefit clients and residents. He believes in delivering value through preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, quality management and an experienced team to drive success.
DATO’ SIVAPATHY MARUTHAY – DMP
Dato’ Sivapathy Maruthay finished his Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai in 2001. He started his career as Project Engineer at Lion Group handling projects at Klang Valley. He is a member of BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) and member of IEM (Institute of Engineers Malaysia).In 2003 he joined Crest Builder Berhad as a Project Engineer and promoted to become Project Manager in short period based on his performance handling problematic projects and complete within the contract period.
He strongly believes in fear management to overcome contractor’s matters and to complete Projects within budget, within contract period and without compromise in quality of work. Dato’ Sivapathy Maruthay also involved in sales of the projects involving Office blocks, Shop lot, Condominium and also Pocket Land. During 2009 to 2012, Dato Sivapathy become main key personnel for overall Property Sales of EMKAY, MKN Embassy Techzone at Cyberjaya. Understanding his passion in sales, in 2014 he continues his studies in Estate Agency at Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN) at the partime basis and obtained his Certificate in Estate Agency in 2015.
MR RICHARD LOW
Richard brings with him over 30 years of combined experience in Sales, Marketing and as the General Manager of a packaging company. In his Sales & Marketing capacity, he developed innovative policies and campaigns that optimized the organization’s market share and overall competiveness.
Richard has a track record of transformative management and strong people management practices in driving productivity to shape an organization.
MRS JOYSE GAN
Mdm Joyce Gan, with more than 10 years of experience of ledger processes, account reconciliations and streamlining accounts. She has intensively involved in numerous JMC and MC preparing monthly and yearly financial report.
She has managed, analyzed, examined and interpreted account records, compiled financial information, reconciled and financial data. Joyce also performed process analysis and communicated recommendations to management. She have assist the management in processing journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate records. Joyce have trained and supervise employees, ensuring they maintain fastidious attention to detail and ensuring ethical conduct at all times.
MR HELMY HAFIZ HADI
His facilities experience also included a stint as Assistant Facilities Manager for establish Developer. He has vast experience including shopping complexed, office building and hotel, services apartment and etc with the experience knowledge gained from previous establishments in local market, he is able to ensure that the best practices are applied in the various field of property consultancy in Hasri Urus Harta Sdn Bhd.
MR FAIZAL BIN ABDULLAH
His specialized experience stems from various property and facility management exercises for various type of residential, commercial, industrial development. Overseeing an industrial building Manager besides supervising the maintenance officer, Chargeman and Wireman for Hasri Urus Harta across Klang Valley.
