Over 15 years of experience in property, facilities and building management, including strata management, JMB/MC operations, commercial property management, tenant management, vendor management, maintenance and property operations.
PMgr. SEGAR SUPPIAH
Segar Suppiah is a Registered Property Manager and brings with him a broad range of expertise in building, facility, tenancy, contract and financial management in relation to strata property.
He has demonstrated successes in the management of various types of properties such as luxury high-rises, service residences and commercial buildings predominantly in the vicinities of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka and Johor.
Segar specialises in maximising returns of managed properties by streamlining of operations workflow, reducing operating costs, maintenance improvement and managing complex contracts. He has sustained robust vendor relationships and is well versed with the local council procedures management.
MR HELMY HAFIZ
DATO’ SIVAPATHY MARUTHAY – DMP
Dato’ Sivapathy Maruthay finished his Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai in 2001. He started his career as Project Engineer at Lion Group handling projects at Klang Valley. He is a member of BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) and member of IEM (Institute of Engineers Malaysia).In 2003 he joined Crest Builder Berhad as a Project Engineer and promoted to become Project Manager in short period based on his performance handling problematic projects and complete within the contract period.
He strongly believes in fear management to overcome contractor’s matters and to complete Projects within budget, within contract period and without compromise in quality of work. Dato’ Sivapathy Maruthay also involved in sales of the projects involving Office blocks, Shop lot, Condominium and also Pocket Land. During 2009 to 2012, Dato Sivapathy become main key personnel for overall Property Sales of EMKAY, MKN Embassy Techzone at Cyberjaya. Understanding his passion in sales, in 2014 he continues his studies in Estate Agency at Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN) at the partime basis and obtained his Certificate in Estate Agency in 2015.

Richard brings with him over 30 years of combined experience in Sales, Marketing and as the General Manager of a packaging company. In his Sales & Marketing capacity, he developed innovative policies and campaigns that optimized the organization’s market share and overall competiveness.
Richard has a track record of transformative management and strong people management practices in driving productivity to shape an organization.
MRS JOYSE GAN
Mdm Joyce Gan, with more than 10 years of experience of ledger processes, account reconciliations and streamlining accounts. She has intensively involved in numerous JMC and MC preparing monthly and yearly financial report.
She has managed, analyzed, examined and interpreted account records, compiled financial information, reconciled and financial data. Joyce also performed process analysis and communicated recommendations to management. She have assist the management in processing journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate records. Joyce have trained and supervise employees, ensuring they maintain fastidious attention to detail and ensuring ethical conduct at all times.
MR SHANMUGAN (JOHOR)
15 years of experience and resposibilities for managing stratified building, landed strata and gated/guarded community. Also incharge of providing professional service to JMB ,MC and RA , providing training for new recruits,filing cases in tribunal,liasing with authority COB, conduct annual general meeting (AGM) and he also very familiar with Strata Act 757.
MR GUNASEGARAN (JOHOR)
Mr Gunasegaranwith with more than 6 years Property Management and 15 years with NUS Singapore, graduate from Nothennham University of Australia in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He has managed many apartments and landed property and also have a good liaison with Ali Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Putri and Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru.
